Shipping and Returns

Primary fulfilment routes start from Guangdong, Zhejiang, Hong Kong, Shenzhen, and nearby China electronics supply chains. We quote shipping after order submission based on destination, quantity, weight, batteries, and product availability.

First target regions are the United States, Europe, and Southeast Asia. Express, postal, and freight routes can be discussed for batch orders.

Prototype and sourced hardware should be inspected when received. Report missing or damaged items with photos and order details within seven days of delivery.

Returns are reviewed case by case because many kits are sourced or configured for a project. Opened electronics, customized bundles, and batch-sourced items may not be returnable unless defective.
